Asterisk/VoiceRD Integration OS

This patch will enable you to add Asterisk or VoiceRD outbound dialing into SugarCRM.

Installation:

Simply install the patch using the Upgrade Wizard then configure the Asterisk settings in the Configure Settings section of Admin.

You will also have to add an extension value to each user.

Once configured, all users with an extension value will have a phone icon next to contact and account telephone numbers. Click the icon will dial that number from their phone.

NOTE: THIS PATCH NO LONGER REQUIRES THE LDAP PATCH.

The professional version of the Asterisk VoiceRD Integration with the added features of:

-Automatically log calls an activity.
-Allow you to add notes to that activity.
-Display history of the contact's notes.
-Allow you to optionally or automatically record the call.

VoicRD is Enterprise Asterisk. It is more scalable and stable for large enterprise environments.
