We support the following hypervisors:

The appliance you download contains a preinstalled and preconfigured SugarCRM Community Edition 5.1.0, localized in English and Italian
Just boot the appliance, and then change as soon as possible the following passwords:

sugarcrm admin: admin/admin
                
rpath admin (https://<ip_address>:8003/): admin/password

mysql: root/admin (database sugarcrm) !!be carefull because you can login also from a remote host!!

note: for Citrix XenServer you need to setup the network after importing the appliance in XenCenter
         
You can use PuTTY to ssh to the virtual machine, but first you need to setup a root password:
1. go to https://<ip_address>:8003/ (accept the certificate even if it is trusted), login with admin/password and follow all the required steps
2. once you are done, click "Configuration" on the left side and then Root Password

L'Appliance contiene un SugarCRM Community Edition 5.1.0 preinstallato e preconfigurato e localizzato in Italiano ed Inglese.
E' sufficiente lanciare l'Appliance per avere Sugar funzionante, anche se ti consigliamo di cambiare prima possibile le seguenti passwords:
       
sugarcrm admin: admin/admin
                
rpath admin (https://<ip_address>:8003/): admin/password

mysql: root/admin (database sugarcrm) !!attenzione che mysql e' configurato per permettere anche il login da remoto!!

nota: per Citrix XenServer e' necessario configurare la rete dopo l'importazione in XenCenter
         
Puoi fare un ssh sull'Appliance tramite PuTTY, anche se prima devi configurare una password di root:
1. punta ub browser a https://<ip_address>:8003/ (accetta il certificato anche se dice che non e' affidabile), entra con admin/password e segui tutti i passi richiesti dal wizard
2. una volta arrivati alla fine del wizard, clickare "Configuration" sulla sinistra e poi Root Password
