"GrinMark: Machine Parks" provides: 1. Summary view to see the equipment installed on the client side. This allows tracking of the current situation and creation of additional offers. 2. Ability to link Machine Parks with related Projects, Opportunities, Owners and Manufacturers. Linking with Projects is very useful for after-sales service and parts delivery. Linking with Opportunities improves the sales process. 3. Ability to attach comments, images and other documents describing details of the installed equipment. 4. Each item in a Machine Park is described by its Serial number, Machine Type, Order number, Owner, Manufacturer, Quantity and Year of supply. Machine Park Item Fields: 1. Serial: Serial number of an equipment item. For example, it is a VIN number of a car. 2. Machine Type: Represents a type of the device. For example, "Ford Focus", "Ford Mondeo", "Ford Explorer". 3. Order #: Purchase order number, or any other reference number representing the ID of the device recognized by service center or manufacturer. 4. Quantity: How many such equipment items are available on the client side. 5. Year of supply: The year of shipment. May be useful to schedule after-sales and support services.
